Charoite comes from the region of River Chara is Siberia where it is found in alkaline igneous rocks.

This is a beautiful violet - purple stone mixed with white and black swirls.

It is believed to soothe tense emotions and calm the nervous system.

It is also thought to bring balance amid turbulence.
