Carnelian

This beautiful stone from Brazil is reddish brown in colour and is said to be gently warming and stabilizing.  Carnelian is also believed to release stress and trauma and enhance creativity.

Carnelian is composed of silicon dixoide and gets its red colour from Hematite impurities.
